If a part we installed, repaired, or adjusted stops working in less than a year, we’ll fix it again for free, as long as you haven’t crashed, let anyone other than us work on your bike, or ridden your bike in a manner other than for which it was designed.
If this happens during a ride, we’ll also pay for your transportation home, or pay for another shop of your choice to fix your bike.
Fitting
We guarantee you will be satisfied with your fit session. If you’re not, you may decline to pay or request a full refund at any time.
